Driving Directions

Traveling on I-40 take Exit #128 Fairgrove Church Road. Turn off your exit towards Hwy 70, away from CVMC. Take the 2nd left onto St Paul’s Church Road-this road is between the Thai Restaurant and Wendy’s. Turn slight left onto     Commerce Street where the FedEx Station is on the left. Go past the Conwest Building #2 on the left and pull into the second Conwest Building Number  # 1. The space is located in the same building as GDS and March of Dimes. The suite letter is J.

If you are traveling West on Hwy 70, turn right at Nagano's resturaunt on 4th Street SW. Take the first left onto Commerce Drive. The center is located in the Conwest Building One on the right (The Center is directly across the street from Cheerwine).
